Your list pretty much aligns with mine, though I'd probably swap out decentralization with one of those (though perhaps one could argue interoperability is a subset/consequence of decentralization). One thing I really like that I wouldn't include in any top 3 per se (but it's a real nice-to-have) is the ability to format a note more logically with a mix of images/media and text, meaning you can have text, then media, then more text, rinse & repeat. This is contrasted with in legacy platforms all images/media is forced to the bottom even if it doesn't make logical formatting sense in the context of a larger post.
