Yep and sometimes it manifests in the physical like the mushrooms (Boletus/Steinpilze) fresh from the forest which I'm enjoying right now. 😋 🍄

Mushrooms are a true blessing.

Im taking a few tablespoons of lion's mane 🦁 every morning. Better than coffee 🤙🏻

Yes, the whole experience is a blessing - from the searching and finding to the cooking and eating. Also love the smell fresh from forest grounds. 😀

Do you buy the lion's mane in a dried form? Or can you cultivate them at home? 🤙
