Forgot to mention that

the water tables are low,

the real estate is too scarce and being upgraded out of reach of the normal resident,

we're mass-importing unskilled workers who often don't like each other,

we retire skilled workers early or pay them to stay home despite high demand,

and now the EU is attacking self-hosted Bitcoin wallets.

But, other than that, looks pretty good. Why so pessimistic?
