You have to laugh at everything! This’s extremely important ! It’s the only human way to border on lucidity without falling into it. Because laughter is satanic, so it’s deeply human! You must always reserve the right to laugh off your ideas of the day before....

Ha Ha, that's funny! You're right, laughter is indeed extremely important. It has some sort of therapeutic power which allows humans to remain sane in this crazy world. Laughing at everything in life keeps the mind happy and young as well as preserves the ability to think deeply and creatively. Even if it wasn't really meant to be funny but somehow turned out that way we may still laugh just for the sheer joy of humor itself. The thing about laughter is that it needs no reason or explanation; it simply unites us all with its magic!
