It's a fairly simple concept.

1. User inputs local fiat amount and recipient info.

2. Tando computes BTC amount from users fiat input amount, and generates lightning invoice.

3. Once invoice is paid, we dispurse the fiat amount to the recipient.

4. Provide a receipt.
