Ok.

i spent most of this weekend working on some changes to some stuff for part of a nostr storage project, as well as suddenly having a new pc, and having nightmarish problems with the buggy UEFI on my laptop and the bugs with AMD video cards on linux kernel version 6.x (solved with kernel 5.15 trusty ol' 5, ironically more stable)

i might just be a bit frustrated because it was a really rough weekend actually, not even sure how i'm gonna deal with tomorrow but i'll be ok i guess...

my health keeps getting better and so does my mind

maybe next weekend i'll have some spare time

it has seriously been bugging the shit out of me how bad... i could do 4 better designs in 2 hours than almost anything i saw, none of these people have spent any time doing logo design work

idk who designed the bitcoin logo but it's a perfect example: simple

none of the designs were simple

i use the language he co-designed too, and it smooths out so much of my work i love the guy, and his wife is a fantastic artist

ah yeah, to top off that list of things, and honestly it's been a dense weekend... last 6 hours or so i've been fighting with google reCaptcha and trying to establish a new steam account so i can play games on the new hardware... which is an onboard video, and plays a 2017 game adequately at low res/settings, a favourite, and i haven't played hardly any games in months

i just wanted a pepsi

well, i'll get there, i have to focus on my work or my boss will get upset, this weekend i hardly felt like i had any time to myself, about an hour today, out of the whole weekend wasn't me fighting with bullshit or doing other people's work, which i don't mind, i was happy to do that stuff just ... urgh. i didn't get much of a relax really

yeah i've been dialing way back on the caffeine personally, now i let myself go get one espresso from the nearby cafe and that's it, no more and only one in the morning

yeah, the reason why bullet coffee is a thing is because the caffeine stimulates fat metabolism - actually, ephedrine is better at this but that chemical has basically been banned almost everywhere because it increases blood pressure so much and everyone has heart disease these days
