On April 22, 1692, Martyr Theodosie of Brazi, a Romanian Orthodox priest, faced torture and martyrdom for refusing to convert to Calvinism. His steadfast faith in the face of brutal persecution inspired many to remain true to their ancestral beliefs. His sacrifice cemented his place as a defender of #Orthodoxy in Transylvania.
