Boomers are retiring and needing money for health issues and even nursing homes and etc. This year a former coworker’s father sold a house in London because he needed to go to a “home”, that cost 7 thousand POUNDS, not euros, not dollars, POUNDS per month.

They sold it at market price, in a hurry.
