Why so impatient?
Bitcoin is only 14 years old. The legacy system is still there, we have work to do, and even though it would be great to live on a Bitcoin standard, is pretty much impossible in 99% of the world.
Money is a mean to communicate value, if we speak different moneys we can communicate. Therefore is still necessary to use some system to compare Bitcoin with and put some relevant value.
At the end of the day, how do you buy bitcoin? You pay with heads of cattle or goods and services?
I don’t buy bitcoin
I earn it
I work at my job and get paid in sats

That puts you in a very niche position. Not even many maxis can do that, the large majority sell fiat for bitcoin.
Anybody in the USA can do this

But in USA it is extremely easy to get paid in sats instead of dollars.
