I found quitting smoking everything was better. It’s easy to fall down the rabbit hole. The first few weeks are the hardest. I personally didn’t like nicotine gums or patches. Preferred regular gum. And hang out with people who don’t want you to smoke for a while. Think of it like positive peer pressure. Also if you slip up don’t completely give up. Slip up’s will happen. Think of the overall positive.
