I probably am although I can’t find where my followed hashtags are and how I can unfollow them.

Got it, however the notes I’m not supposed to see don’t contain the hashtags I follow (they don’t even have a hashtag).

Weird. I remember a while back questioning this too but I haven’t noticed any random notes in my feed.

I don’t think it’s common (I just noticed one) but it certainly happens.
