Asking for a friend... Regarding the latest EU MiCa rules. How does it affect EU Bitcoin users and what would you do if you had some Bitcoin on an exchange? Remove it before the rules come into place or will they report and record it anyway?

In my opinion, they will report and record it anyway. But I tell everyone to remove their sats from exchanges
