When I was little I did go to a psychologist to see if I had ADHD, and the result was negative, but now that I'm in my 30s I started to think that that result was wrong, because it's not normal to get anxiety because I have to be productive

I asked my therapist a few months ago to test me for it and she hesitated then several times and then just ignored the request.

I think there is something off on those tests. Professionals don’t agree on it.

They give you the questions to ask those around you as part of it and then you have to follow up, but my ADHD doesn't allow for that. 5 years I've been trying to finish : )
