I have scattered thoughts on it

- could be the us selling

- could be the ETFs (they've been heavy sellers the last week)candy BTC has them but most alts don't

-Saylor stopped buying with mstr funds last Wednesday or so ... if his bid is gone then we can see just how much he did to move the price. there's talks of mstr blackout through January

- Powell definitely scared the markets

- lastly, there's an interesting chart going around on m2 liquidity, it shrank so some are saying BTC to follow

Personally I don't expect to see 100k again in 2024.
