Bani Israel is a general term that refers to the genealogical jew. Not only there is no hatred in the quran about them, the quran also further divides them into two groups, Yahudi and ahlil kitab.

the term bani israel is not to be confused by the term nation state Israel

Yahudi are Bani Israel who do not practice true judaism and teachings of tora. in modern days, they are believer of zionism. even among the jew community, they are considered as apostates
