The plan: you give me fiat, I give you an IOU, I take your fiat and buy Bitcoin with it. You can’t have the Bitcoin and I won’t prove to you I have it and I’ll leave custody up to a scammy vulture crypto exchange. But you will get an IOU that is permissioned and very limited in what you can do with it though.
