Lessons:
- allowNostr vs allowsNostr ☠️
- json.dumps() produces quotation marks at beginning and end of string
- quotation marks can be printed as escaped in the terminal but you should never put escape characters in yourself
- NIP-57 shows it with escape characters which really confused me because I thought I had them in (and I didnt), was finally able to verify with https://gateway.nostr.com/
