I would use the getAlby chrome extension to login to badges.page & then go to the Awarded tab.
Accept whatever badges you feel like wearing (you may have some that you don't know about).
It's essentially allowing someone else to mark your profile, so you need to explicitly accept each badge. Not all clients can deal with badges yet.
