First rolls of 35mm film developed!

Overall went well, loading the film in to the tank went well, chemicals were a pain in the ass but we got there in the end. Definitely learned a few things for next time.

As for scans, I don't have a proper solution yet, so these are literally "scanned" with my cell phone camera and inverted with an app. Actually, I kinda like the low-fi feel.

Looks like it worked pretty well! I’ve been thinking about trying this myself as I have an old film camera.

For scanning I bought a Plustek OpticFilm 8100 a while ago. I haven’t tried it with black and white but it does a good job with colour negatives.

oh wow, that Plustek thing looks like a beast!

100% recommend giving it a go, the process was fun and got me off the screen and using my hands for once 😃 . Also, now that I know what to do and have the equipment I can focus on actually taking better photos, hehe.
