Tatsuaki Okamoto is a Japanese cryptographer and computer scientist. He is a Fellow of the Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT) and the Director of the NTT Cryptography and Information Security Laboratories. He is also a guest professor at Kyoto University.
Okamoto has made significant contributions to the field of cryptography, including the development of new public-key cryptosystems, digital signature schemes, and identification schemes.
