The Amish are so close to being bitcoiners they just don't know it yet. They are community focused, have strong moral ethics, they're homesteaders and are largely independent from the fiat world.
They don't embrace tech because it opens the windows to sin. But if they can see that bitcoin can serve simply as a method of exchange without opening a door to the taboo, it can be a strong fit.
