It's Victoria "Fuck the EU!" Kagan-Nuland and NeoCon friends - like corrupt Biden - playing these games. They really do not want this war to end. They also really don't give one flying fuck about people dying. Even with the help of all western countries, they will never "win" (whatever that may be).
