I’ve never understood this, as a manager myself unless there is an issue and I need to dig in, I don’t give a fuck about the day to day details or want to micro manage any of my staff lol. Big picture that’s not the managers job, I think it’s a narcissistic control thing with some people.
The irony of it, my manager has been working from home these past 3 months, but we have to be here 3 days of the week. I don't get it.
