This would be an interesting concept for mobile, if I'm understanding this correctly. For example, I could only add a couple relays to my profile, including my private one, running at home. Then when mobile, I wouldn't be using mobile data to post to a large group of relays, I would be using my home internet connection, therefore saving mobile data. Is this correct?
