Calling it a Bitcoin ‘Halvening’ makes it sound like an M Night Shyamalan flick.
The correct term is Bitcoin ‘Halving.’

I thought that was the point. It mocks an awful movie and replaces it with something good.
I normally call it the "Halving".
But I call it the "Halvening" when I'm feeling silly and want to make a bit of tongue-in-cheek humor.
And I call it the "Hal-Finning" when I want to honor the legend. 😌
