Definitely important to keep moving and not stand continually for long periods. Flexing calf muscles (tip toeing etc) always good and ensures that fluids donโ€™t accumulate around the feet and ankles (oedema) - I get a mild form of this if I am on my feet for too long and static. The same applies when sitting for long periods too.

Always good to do! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ One thing Iโ€™d do at work was to elevate one leg up on my desk (shoes off, so sock choice was important ๐Ÿ˜…) and alternate. Used to piss off a bunch of people ๐Ÿคฃ but it was damn comfortable.
