Definitely important to keep moving and not stand continually for long periods. Flexing calf muscles (tip toeing etc) always good and ensures that fluids donโt accumulate around the feet and ankles (oedema) - I get a mild form of this if I am on my feet for too long and static. The same applies when sitting for long periods too.

Always good to do! ๐๐ผ One thing Iโd do at work was to elevate one leg up on my desk (shoes off, so sock choice was important ๐ ) and alternate. Used to piss off a bunch of people ๐คฃ but it was damn comfortable.
