If I wasn't so hardcore about reducing my online footprint and living off grid in the mountains someday, if there was an internet to return to, I expect bitcoin and nostr to win and own that shit. Truly.

We'll see...
Mountains are truly fascinating. They feel so liberating.
I see them as my final destiny, itβs where I came from, & once all this is over, itβs where Iβll return.
All Iβd need is Nostr and Bitcoin. I love it.
The Bitcoin part will, most likely, win. The nostr part... 50/50, imo.
How's vacation, btw?
I think this little nook of the internet will survive as long as it's not trying to be like or compete with its centralised cousins.
That's exactly why I think #Primal, in particular will fail. They haven't innovated on anything. In fact, it's arguably a step backwards. To add to that, it's also just another centralized social media platform... it's KYC... you can't pay bills with it... and it has no direct deposit option. Strike is three steps ahead, and has been for some time. In hindsight, Primal is literally useless. Good job Jack. Other clients that are focusing on various other sectors such as decentralized retail, health care, education, and tech will certainly grow and thrive, imo. But, idk... we'll see. Too many nostriches are obsessed with social media clients, imo. π€·π
