Lightning is instant and inexpensive. Bitcoin has higher fees. The problem is that you need to buy Bitcoin first and transfer to a Lightning wallet. Any way to buy SATS in the cheapest way?

Like on minibits, you can get paid sats and don't need to have bitcoin before.

Not really, it's just a wallet, start using it or accepting zaps to it and you're done

Ok. I was able to transfer some Sats into my Alby wallet from my exchange account. I can't tell here if that's all I need here to accept zaps
