I am not sure if anyone asked before, but why the hell ostrich? It is one of the dumbest birds in existence, with eyeballs bigger than its own brain. Why not octopus, smart and resilient with distributed (decentralized) brain? 🐶🐾🤔🤔🤔

nostr:npub1cj8znuztfqkvq89pl8hceph0svvvqk0qay6nydgk9uyq7fhpfsgsqwrz4u asked the @dave bot (that I can't tag correctly) to tell him a joke about Nostr. The bot replied that Nostr is a Nosy ostrich. Boom. We now have our mascot. This happened almost a year ago.
