So this is LoRa transmitter. Runs on 868Mhz, has a much lower bitrate. Like very much lower.

Thanks for explaining. Its the same as the meshtastic transmitters, or close im not really sure. Im only interested in higher bitrate, things like 2.4ghz. Would the best way for me to do that be to just get a cheap router and hook up a wicked anten a to that b?

I'd say look into OpenWRT as a base firmware and look at their hardware support list. I believe GLInet makes good products that they support.

Then you can go crazy with that and get things like batman-adv running over 802.11s

Thank you! Ive been using an old pocket wifi hotspot with an android phone running reticulum or rnode for a few days, but i want to boost the range and also have a device that can connect to multiple networks at the same time
