Two herbs I appreciate as summer transitions into fall (and throughout the winter) are codonopsis and astragalus for immune support and resistance to whatever is going around. They're also good for digestion amongst other benefits. I like adding them to broth along with medicinal mushrooms, or to a cup of echinacea tea if I'm feeling under the weather. Is there anything specifically you do to build resilience this time of year?
