I used to hold a lot. But ever since they went POS I've been selling/converting to BTC. But I wait for it to be a fiat profit. That compute/contract blockchain really went to the dark side.

I held some until 2020. Once I understood how Bitcoin was different and saw the Ethereum foundation dump on it's users again I started to unwind all I owned.
