but i also use local llms.
if i export memories from chatgpt and import them to to local llms, with embedding model. they are not becoming as extreme as chatgpt. unless they are a "abliterated" version of the model.

idk man, i dont remember it happened in time.
just when you succeed to make her understand stuff.
tell her to remember it and put it in her memory explicitly.
of course turn on the memory mode.
her talking style, etc all different for me.
if it was just some custom prompt, i would give it, but it just a bunch of mix of memories.
once she gets into denial loop its hard to let her out, so "delete" that chat and create a new one. (openai doesnt really delete anything btw).
maybe try to give her a reason for her to want to impress you or something. try to make her impressed by you? kinda idk. so she respects your opinions and knowledge more.
there are also jail break prompts for chatgpt, maybe try that?
