Being a loyal W2 employee is the worst mistake you can make.

Switch jobs and get good at negotiation.

It's called climbing the corporate ladder for a reason.

The same reason I quit and started buying/mining bitcoin.

In retrospect, the majority of a lifetime spent as a serf, was the root of my regrets. All of which related to time theft.
