I was at an ayahuasca retreat and just as the ceremony was coming to an end, I “heard” the following in the back of my mind

I am You

You are Me

We are God.

It really was a life changing experience and whenever I feel down or like I’m losing my way again, I say this a few times to remember I’m not alone.
