We are absolutely capable of raising our own consciousness. We can shift our frequencies and experience the fifth dimensions (and beyond) on our own.

Practice makes perfect.

But we are tied to the third for a reason. Evolution is slow on purpose.

Earth is the perfect 5th or something

(metaphorically speaking - I think pythagoras pursued that literally by trying to change the note intervals)

It's an interesting fact the there us an infinite continuum of musical intervals. Why we settled on 12 notes is beyond me. It limits us.

Oh, I didn't know. We're probably biased, but earth is special.

I guess I meant; perhaps earth's special because of some resonance or dissonance due to being inbetween the Sun and Jupiter

Each planet has a distinct vibrational frequency. During earthquakes, the planets ring like bells. Earth's vibe may very well be in harmony with other Astral bodies.

I'm still relating this to a sort of musicality. I'm not sure how location itself can affect resonance.
