3 days in , NO Sugar! This is easy!!

Also got weeks worth of no caffeine, Pop, coffee, no fast food. Eating strictly between 12-7pm. I feel unstoppable! In a few days I'll take a new challenge on. Probably to cut out Milk 🥛.

Once you get to that point, you'll find experimenting with 24-72hr water fasting is a piece of cake, especially compared with peeps that are sugar/carb addicted.
