I love doing yogurt experiments, but they donβt always have dramatic results.
This time, I could tell: the Maple Hill culture tasted more buttery, the skyr culture tasted more bland, and the small jar with both cultures in it was significantly more sour. Iβm guessing that it must be because there was more culture:milk due to the size of the jar.
