How do you know that cia is reading in nostr? I mean if course we expect that but knowing is something else. So...?

Like you I too presume they do, with tools like those described by Snowden years back. That said, I can not be sure about it. I think your question was for a different user? I did’t mentioned CIA on my post ; )
Yes it was for a different user but good to read your comment on this anyway. He was talking about propaganda policies also so these kind of tools are surely not enough i guess
