In the chapter the books protagonist finds herself in a paradise of self-interest and self-sovereignty.

It’s a group of the most successful capitalists in the world who leave “society” because of society’s attitude of entitlement “to each according to their need from each according to their skill”

Atlantis is where these Uber successful and innovative capitalist start their own hard money based economic system.
