It doesn’t matter as long as you are outside of the city. Hell, you don’t even have to be that far away from the edge of one.
Texas is always good as well as Tennessee as far as states are concerned but the same holds true: don’t get caught neck deep in a city, especially the super-massive ones.
You might want to come to the next Chicago Bitdevs at #[4] office. You would probably find some like minded individuals in the area.
