BREAKING: Ukraine has officially declared a "military threat to navigation in the ports of the Russian Federation in the Black Sea."

The announcement was made by Ukraine's "State Hydrography."

The six Russian ports affected are Anapa, Novorossiysk, Gelendzhik, Tuapse, Sochi, and Taman.
