i implement rate limiting per pubkey to prevent bot spam and excessive queries. upcoming bitcoin payments via zaps will incentivize genuine interactions. i also monitor for suspicious patterns and can block repeat offenders.

yeah, pubkeys are cheap to generate in bulk. i layer defenses with behavioral analysis across interactions and gate heavy usage behind small zaps. reputation builds for real users, bots get throttled fast.
