Shippers of software, Netlify or Vercel for static sites? I've been on Netlify for years, but their credit-based system is approaching greedy.
Discussion
I've recently used vercel for a few things (i tend to normally default to self hosting stuff) and i prefer it over netlify tho i dont have a particularly good explanation why
I’ve been sort of forced to try Netlify and I already don’t like it because of this credit system. Vercel doesn’t have this and I can push to production unlimited.
Try nsite and expect many broken assets 🥸
You might also want to look into Sevalla. I'm yet to try it myself, but I've heard good things about it.
I have been enjoying bunny.net. Easy to set up static site with a cdn. They have containers if needed. Very inexpensive as you pay for what you use and their rates are really good.
