It’s been 7 months since I stepped back from my role at a small consulting firm, and I’ve been reflecting

One of the roles I valued most was working as an Agile Coach

For 13 months, I worked with two global IT teams - helping them set direction and organize themselves, communicate better, and improve how they worked together

What I appreciated most was how the role brought a human touch to a high pressure corporate

environment

I really tried to create space for honesty, reflection, and enjoyment within a group or introverted IT professionals working remotely. I found it fulfilling for myself too, seeing them open up more to each other, play around, and just work better as a unit

Something I wanted to write about and share on here because it’s been on my mind the last few days
