Fire started but I'm fasting so no seasoning of meat for me.
That looks like a piece of picanha/rump cap. You might want to take off the silver skin (membrane) on the lean side before seasoning. It doesn't really matter, but it's something I always do (should help the seasoning penetrate the meat).
