Peer-Reviewed is empty label. Always has been (it only matters for PhD students who want to get credits lol). That's why legacy media could misuse it so much. In science "quality" (or better relevance) of paper is judged by impact (citations) and impact factor of journal. But thats also does not mean that paper is dogmatic truth as legacy media wants you to believe.
