The free speech ideals were basically crafted in the British Isles, and widely exported far and wide. Get back to your roots on this and save the working man from the chains of censorship.

I was thinking along similar lines earlier. I think that's the reason "they" (whoever they are) target the UK - destroy the ideals of liberty at the source.
Yes. They need a Magna Carta Two electric Boogaloo, that bill of rights style limits their government from regulating speech. It's humiliating, no dignity for the British citizen to be their own judge of what's suitable and not to say.
Last time it was about limiting the powers of the crown, this time it must be to limit the power of His Majestys Government.
