Yeah it's an attempt to take the best of Monero, shitcoins, and Bitcoin and put a supply cap on it, with a lot of humor. The supply cap number itself is a reference to an early Bitcoin supply bug. It has virtually no users but what community exists is goofy and loaded with doge memes and big-boobed Wonerochan here or whatever her name is.
