Well if you're happy to have a conversation, have you at all thought about the warped incentives zaps cause? Look at the global timeline, it's a hive-mind of lowest-common-denominator thinking, where everyone's just there to farm endorphins and money. I mean, Twitter was designed to be addictive, so maybe that's what you're into. But in terms of fueling real discussion it's counterproductive.

that said, it makes Nostr appeal to people who aren't interested in free speech or any of the other actual benefits of Nostr. I don't think either of us would currently be using Nostr if it wasn't for fedi people joining, because the people it appeals to are complete aids.
